How to combat airsickness



Airsickness is a sensation which happens generally when someone goes for an air travel. It is a particular form of motion sickness, and is considered a normal physical response in healthy individuals.
The body is said to be in the position of airsickness when the central nervous system of the body receives conflicting messages from body, including the ear, eyes and muscles affecting and equilibrium.
