Air travel planning tips

There is much to do before you board your flight physically. After you have selected a destination and purchased airline tickets, making sure that you live up to the correct regulations of the whole things.
Before you take off, make sure you’re up to speed on all travel requirements.
Let’s see some of the things to be considered before you board your flight
ü  Gone are the days of paper tickets, e-ticketing has taken over. This means shorter lines at the airport ticket ngo airfares desks and one less thing to remember before you leave your home. However, make sure you have the necessary information for checking in- with e-tickets, you need to provide an identity card in original and then you will get your boarding passes
ü  Remember of reconfirm your ticket before you fly. Simply open the carrier’s website and punch in your PNR and get access to your travel information instantly. Changes, if any would be listed here. If you are travel abroad, keep your passport and visas also ready for multiple checks as due to terrorist attacks, vehement security is being conducted for cheapest airline tickets possible passengers flying out of the country
ü  Keep handsome money with you so that you do not have to run for an ATM every time you require the money. While travelling internationally, keeping traveler’s checks won’t be a bad idea
ü  If you are traveling abroad, it would be better to learn local language, local culture and etiquettes etc so that you don’t face problems whatsoever
ü  It is also a good thing to leave your emergency corporate travel services numbers pasted on your social networking walls’, on your house doors etc so that people can reach you or vice versa in the case of an emergency
Over the years, air travel has changed drastically but there stands no reason as to why it should discourage people from taking the fastest mode of transportation available so far to reach their destinations in a jiffy. Happy Air Journey!
